As usual it's FREE  delivery on all orders over £75 & while stocks last.  Please also note that we are closed from 24th Dec until 3rd Jan 2012. Orders will be accepted of course, but they will be dispatched after 3rd Jan 2012.

My husband recently turned 40 and I was frantically hunting for a cake (required for Sat and it was now Thurs! On Friday 1 April, companies across London are taking picnics to work and donating the money they usually spend on their lunch to The Food Chain!
£3.60 can pay for a full meal and a lighter meal for later in the day, to someone with HIV in London. The Food Chain provides services to over 500 people a week, including 70 children. It's a good cause London!

The zookeepers at London Zoo conducted their annual stocktake today...just spare a thought for them having to count over 750 species of animals!  Luckily at The Faraway Tree, we have done our animal stocktake and the giraffes have been quite popular over the Christmas period, we have lost a few hippos, but there are plenty of lions!  We also have a Jungle Lodge, a detailed lodge that includes everything to make a comfortable jungle home (much like the one at London zoo I think!).
