When will my order arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. You can choose Standard or Express delivery for your order. If you would like your item(s) to be delivered to non-UK Mainland areas (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland,  Channel Islands,  Scottish Highlands,  Scottish Isles and all Offshore Islands) please see below and contact us by email so that we may advise you accordingly.

Standard delivery to UK Mainland takes 3-5 working days to deliver.
Express delivery to UK Mainland takes 2 working days to deliver.

How much does delivery cost?

Our prices are quoted in Sterling for delivery to the UK Mainland only.  Delivery charges are added to the total order value.

Standard delivery costs £4.95 

Total order value over £100 is FREE

If you would like your item(s) to be delivered to non-UK Mainland areas, please contact us by email first and we will advise you of the delivery costs.  These are currently based on weight and we will endeavour to find the most cost effective service and quote you for delivery.  No monies will be taken until we have received your confirmation of charges.

For  smaller parcels we use Royal Mail and for the larger parcels we use Business Post.  Standard delivery normally takes 3-5 days from payment clearing, but  your order may reach you earlier.

Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay. Should this be unsatisfactory we will, of course offer you a full refund.

Express Delivery costs £6.95

For a guaranteed delivery to UK Mainland only, we can deliver within 1-2 working days from payment clearing.  If you require this service, please place your order by 12pm.  Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.

For larger items we may not be able to always offer an express delivery, so please get in touch with us to discuss.

Our prices are quoted in Sterling for delivery to the UK Mainland only. For non-UK Mainland areas, please email us first at info@farawaytree.co.uk and we will advise you of the postage costs and method of payment.

Can I get my purchases delivered anywhere?

Yes. You can arrange for your toys to be delivered to any address in the UK mainland. So you can send items as gifts (and include a gift message), or to your work address for example. We are currently not able to ’split’ your order across multiple addresses though. If you want to send different items to lots of different addresses we recommend you place separate orders for each address you want to send them to.

Packaging

We want to ensure that you receive you order in perfect condition and with the best knowledge, that we are not unnecessarily wasting material by re-packaging items sent to us by our Suppliers. Where possible, we will try and recycle boxes and packaging material to help our environment.
